COUNSELING

Struggling with mental health and challenging life circumstances can be all-consuming and overwhelming. You don’t have to endure these struggles alone. Clients who want an easy-going, direct, and casual yet professional approach to therapy will enjoy working with me. Positive rapport and trust are established first and foremost. Together we will embark on a journey toward lasting mental health, healing, and happiness. You can show up as you are with no fear of judgment. I will encourage and equip you to leverage what you can control to get what you want and need out of life.
I am equipped and experienced in working with adults and adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma survival, relationship struggles, domestic violence survival, non-suicidal self-injury, and more. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and more.
I speak from personal experience when I encourage you not to put off your own mental health and emotional healing. You are worth it! Finding a good therapist isn’t easy and can feel quite daunting. (Ask me how I know!) Schedule a quick consult or your first session to determine whether I’m a good fit to walk alongside you on this journey.
